ASTROLOGY

WHAT IS ASTROLOGY ?

Astrology is a pseudoscientific profession that bases its predictions on the apparent positions of celestial objects and asserts to have access to divine knowledge about human affairs and terrestrial happenings. Since at least the second millennium BCE, astrology has been practiced by various cultures; this practice emerged from calendrical systems that were used to forecast seasonal changes and interpret celestial cycles as signals of divine communications.

According to astrologers, the positions and motions of the planets, stars, and moon can affect people’s personalities, behaviors, and events. To interpret these heavenly effects, they build astrological charts, often known as horoscopes. The usual foundation for a horoscope is the person’s date, hour, and place of birth

A few examples of the many uses for astrology include:

·       being aware of one’s personality and
potential

·       Choosing a career, a partner, and
other important aspects of one’s life

·       learning about the opportunities and
problems of the present

·       predicting upcoming occurrences

The fact that astrology is not a science should not be overlooked. The assertions that it is predictive or that it may be used to meaningfully comprehend human natureand relationships are not backed by scientific data. However, a lot of people discover that astrology can be a useful instrument for introspection and personal development. There are several of resources online and at libraries if you’re interested in learning more about astrology.
